Watch the video for the full walkthrough. My recommendations: Namecheap for buying your domain, and Cloudflare for managing the DNS.
There are three approaches I recommend, depending on your budget and needs.
Catch: you can only use Zoho's own apps. No IMAP/POP, so third-party clients like Apple Mail won't work.
Works with third-party email clients. Best if your domain is already at Namecheap or you just need the cheapest paid option.
My top recommendation. Gmail you know and love, plus Docs, Drive, Calendar, and Meet, all under your business domain.

I'm Timothy. After a decade in tech and building my own AI SaaS products (Stammer.ai, Notifier.so), I started helping my wife grow her dental practice. It was obvious SMBs lack the expertise and access to the tech they need to compete. I handle the digital marketing and technology, and together we've grown the practice's revenue 4x over the past two years.
That's my mission now: building software products designed specifically for SMBs, and creating content to help SMB owners with the digital marketing and technology they need to compete in a world increasingly run on software and AI.
